Courier and will be delivered on the day you request (from Monday to
Saturday) We recommend that you provide us a delivery address where
someone will be available to receive the flowers. Flowers are available
for same-day delivery in Bucharest!
For next-day delivery, please place your order by 5:00 p.m. Romania Time,
Monday - Friday. Delivery is NOT available on Sunday. Orders placed on
Saturday before12: 00-a.m. Romanian Time will arrive on Monday. Orders
placed after 12:00 a.m. on Saturday and all day Sunday will arrive on
Tuesday. Delivery charges are included in the price of Flowers. Please
note that delivery is NOT available on the following holidays: New Year's
Day, Easter Day, Christmas Day, and National Day. (Delivery is also
unavailable on Sundays.)
We use the freshest flowers and make substitutions only when limited by
seasonal and regional availability. When substitutions are made, great
care is taken to maintain the appearance and color of the arrangement -
bouquet you have selected.

Flower Care
For beautiful, long-lasting flowers, follow these simple steps:
1. Pour lukewarm water and flower food into a clean vase.
2. Unwrap the flowers and place the stems in a sink or bowl of water.
Carefully cut 1/2 inch of the end of each stem with a sharp knife or
scissors. Remove any leaves that may fall below the water line. Foliage
left in water will discolor it and promote disease.
3. For best results, re-cut the stems, change the vase water, and add
flower food every three to four days. Keeping the flowers out of direct
sunlight or drafts will help extend their life as well.
These simple flower care steps will also be included in the gift box sent to
your recipient.
Additional Flower Care Tips:
When cutting the flowers, try not to "saw" the flowers — make a
clean cut of the stem instead. Cut the stems at a slight angle, which will
create more surface area to absorb water.
Do not display flowers on top of appliances that give off heat (e.g.
televisions, stereos, etc.).
Always put your flowers in a clean vase. Wash and rinse the vase before using it.
This will get rid of bacteria and residue that can harm flowers.
Do not store flowers near fresh fruit. Fruit emits ethylene gas, which is
harmful to flowers and can kill them prematurely.
If your bouquet includes roses, you can pluck off a few of the outer petals
if they are discolored. These outer petals are called "guard"
petals and help protect the flower during shipping.
If your bouquet includes lilies, be careful of the stamens (the long yellow
parts inside the flower) - they can stain fabric. If a piece of fabric
does get stained, use clear tape to pick the stain up off the fabric.
Don't rub the stain.
Old tricks of the trade, such as putting an aspirin, a penny, or sugar in the
vase water serve the same purpose as flower food. They give the flower
nutrients and kill harmful bacteria as well.

Tips for Successful Flowers Experience
When you
send flowers to Romania, please make sure that:
* You provide us with the correct delivery address and information about the
recipient in order to avoid the flowers staying into the courier's
office.
* You enter a delivery address at which the recipient will be present during
business hours. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of
delivery, the Flowers will be left at the neighbor next door. If the neighbors
are not home, the courier will let at the door a card with
his phone number on it, so that the recipient may contact him and
arrange for the delivery.
* You select a delivery address where the Flowers can be placed in water
immediately.
We will do our best but we cannot guarantee the time of delivery or honor requests for delivery at a specific time of
day.
Business, Hotel, Hospital and Funeral Deliveries are available.
Placing an Order:
During the ordering process, when typing your message for the greeting
card, please be sure to include your name in the closing – otherwise the recipient will not know who sent the flowers.
