SUBSTITUTION POLICY
The flower arrangements from the photos presented on our site are created from the flowers available during the season.
Occasionally, certain colour or type of flowers may not be available for delivery. In this case, a substitution will be made with another colour or with similar flowers, at least equal in value and beauty.
Vases, accessories and the wrapping foliage may be different.
However, we will maintain the line, style, colours, size, form and the general look of the arrangement.
